ENCON's complimentary seminar is designed to provide the participant with essential loss prevention tools. The Claims, Underwriting & Legal team of ENCON will share 40-years of their Loss Prevention experince. The retrospective account will include a "now & then" look at claims, highlighting some memorable and unusual claims experiences.

Attendees will become more aware of how liability exposures have evolved over time and will be provided with the opportunity to discuss and predict future challenges.

In addition to the seminar, presentations by panel of experts will also help to:

• get up-to-speed with current liability and legal issues
• get up-to-date with industry trends that affect exposure to claims
• learn from real case histories
