On June 2, 2009, the new CEO Board of Directors was announced. David Amm of Hatch Mott McDonald is the new Chair of CEO for the 2009/2010 year.

Also on June 2, 2009,  CEO presented the 2009 Ontario Consulting Engineering Awards in Ottawa, Ontario in celebration of excellence.
